Faith in Profession Award
The Faith & Profession Award was created to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our Tallahassee community who are dedicated leaders rooted in faith. They embody what it means to live out their Christian faith in the workplace.
Each recipient must has made exceptional achievements and significant contributions to his or her profession, while also exemplifying Christian principles and values, including:
- Service
- Compassion
- Endurance
- Justice
- Peace
- Wisdom
- Hope
- Humility
2025 Award Recipients
The 2025 Faith in Profession Annual Fundraising Banquet of Tallahassee Christian College and Training Center will be held on May 6th, from 5:30 – 8 pm at the FSU Alumni Ballroom, 1030 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32304.
This Bible College has been open and accredited now for 35 years in Tallahassee and this event has been celebrated for a decade to honor local leaders who live out their faith in the workplace. Each recipient must have made exceptional achievements and significant contributions to his or her profession, while also exemplifying Christian principles and values. Insodoing, they are witnesses for Christ in our community and an encouragement to other Christian professionals.
2025 Award recipients include Joseph Hornyak, Student Faith Proclaimer representing Tallahassee Troop 51 BSA; Jeremy Parker, Faith in the Marketplace Recipient representing Parker Services; Dr. Michael Vracar and Dr. Taylor Vracar, Faith in Profession Caregivers representing Redemption Orthodontics; and Lifetime Achievement Honoree, Drew McLeod, representing IB Tallahassee, LLC. Recipients were received from community nominations at large and selected by the Board of Directors of Tallahassee Christian College and Training Center.
The dinner is the largest annual fundraiser of TCCTC. Partnerships include Main Event Sponsorships with local businesses; Faith Event Sponsorships with local churches and non-profits; Table-of-eight Sponsors are offered at $750; and individual tickets may be purchased for $100. Over three decades TCCTC has helped equip over 4,000 students for “Kingdom Business.” These Christians soldiers are serving in our local community and all over the world in various ways. All proceeds are used to fund the TCCTC Scholarship Program and Growth Plan. Every attendee will be given an opportunity to support the college during this event. This year’s goal has been set for $50,000.
